2005 - present Manager, Columbia College Printmaking Facility – Columbia College Chicago
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the shop and its daily operation. Duties include; creating budget, setting policies, coordinating repairs and upgrades to facility, maintenance of all equipment, ordering supplies, supervising the use of chemicals in the shop, researching and testing new methods/processes, hiring/firing/training/scheduling and evaluating student workers and printmaking technicians, conducting initial safety demonstrations for all printmaking classes and ensuring the safe use of the facility by students 

2004 - 2005 Graphic Arts Technician – Columbia College Art + Design Department
Graphics Design computer technician and software educator. Assisted students and faculty with Adobe software suite and other graphic design and web design software. Maintained several computer labs and classrooms, as well large format Epson printers. Supervised 8-10 student workers.

Responsible for design and production of highly technical financial services publications webinars, and business documents. 

2003 - 2001 Aquent Temporary Agency – Freelance Graphic Designer and Production Artist 

1996 - 2001 Senior Designer – Tiber Group, Consultants to the Healthcare Industry
Responsible for design and production of all collateral and marketing materials. Worked to implement new company identity and marketing strategy. Worked with professionals at all levels on a variety of projects ranging from business presentations to marketing materials. Interim manager of creative services department overseeing scheduling, quality control and department standards.

1994 - 1996 Graphic Designer/Administrative Assistant, Evanston Art Center
Responsible for design and production of all educational and marketing materials. Handled daily administrative tasks related to the operation of the gallery and educational programs at the center. 

1995 - 1996 Production Manager – WhiteWalls, a Journal of Art and Language
Responsible for design and production of publication of a non-profit journal. Worked closely with contributors, editorial board and managing editor. Managed all aspects of production and distribution of journal.
